Here’s the structure:

🔹 1. Clarify Your Message to Market

Don’t try to be everything to everyone. Get specific:

  • Who exactly do you serve?

  • What’s your unique specialty?

  • What’s the one clear message you want to be known for?

🧠 If you can’t answer these in one sentence, that’s your first bottleneck.

🔹 2. Create Strategic Offers

You don’t need 5 offers. You need 2, maybe 3:

  • A primary coaching offer that drives cash flow

  • An introductory offer to get more people in the door

  • A lead generator that builds your email list

Every offer should have a clear purpose — and a clear outcome.

📦 If your offer doesn’t solve a problem, it won’t convert.

🔹 3. Build an Audience (Attention)

Choose one platform and go all in.

You don’t need to be everywhere.

You don’t need 10,000 followers.

You just need consistent activity that puts you in front of the right people.

“If you’re not getting clients, you don’t have an audience problem.

You have an activity problem.”

Start here:

  • 200 connection requests/week (LinkedIn)

  • Targeted comments on ideal client content

  • DMs that start real conversations

Posting is support, not strategy.

🔹 4. Engage Your Audience (Consideration)

Now that people are paying attention — how are you qualifying interest?

Use simple, high-value assets like:

  • Short VSLs (video sales letters)

  • Mini-guides or assessments

  • Email newsletters

These aren’t funnels. They’re filters.

They separate curious lurkers from interested buyers.

You don’t need to automate yet.

You just need to connect and convert.

🔹 5. Acquire Clients (Acquisition)

Your client acquisition strategy should fit on a napkin:

Example:

→ Prospect on LinkedIn
→ DM invites to free workshop
→ Book strategy calls from workshop
→ Enroll new clients

Don’t complicate it. Pick one repeatable path to move people from “stranger” to “client.” Then optimize every step.

🔹 6. Stay Focused

If it doesn’t lead to attention, consideration, or acquisition? Cut it.

  • Stop creating new offers.

  • Stop building endless funnels.

  • Stop chasing visibility instead of conversations.
