I owe you an explanation.

It's been about three weeks since I sent you anything. No newsletter. Barely any posts. Radio silence from someone who's supposed to know a thing or two about marketing.

If you noticed, thank you. If you didn't, fair enough.

Here's what happened.

Something shifted in the AI world in February. Not the hype kind of shift. A real one. The kind where you look at what's now possible and realize you can build things that weren't possible six months ago. Practical things. Things that solve real problems for real businesses.

So I went heads down. I stopped posting. I stopped sending emails. And I started building.

I'm not ready to show you everything yet. That's coming over the next couple weeks. But I want to tell you why I started building in the first place. Because it comes down to three problems I've watched coaches and consultants struggle with for 20 years. The same three. Over and over.

You’re Operating Blind

Coaches set goals. "I want 10 clients a month." "I want to hit $10K."

Good. But to get where you want to go, you need to know where you are right now. Not where you think you are. Where you actually are.

Most coaches have never had someone on the outside look at their real marketing and give them an honest score. Not a self-assessment. Not a quiz. An actual review of their LinkedIn, their socials, their website, their messaging, their offers, and tell them: here's what's working, here's what's broken, and here's what to fix first.

You can't navigate without a map. And you can't read the map if you don't know your starting point.

You Don’t Have a Marketing Strategy. You Have Tactics.

This is the question I get more than any other. "Norbert, what's the best marketing strategy to get clients in 2026? Instagram? TikTok? LinkedIn? Building communities? Podcasting?"

My answer is always the same. The best marketing strategy is having one.

Because most coaches don't. They have a collection of random tactics they try for a few weeks. They post for a while. They try a funnel. They take a course. They switch platforms. Nothing sticks because nothing connects. There's no through-line from content to clients. No simple, repeatable system they can run every week and improve over time.

A tactic without a strategy is just noise. And most coaches are drowning in noise they created themselves.

Consistency Has Always Been All On YOU.

This is the one nobody talks about. Even if you get clarity on your message and your offer. Even if you build a real strategy. You still have to execute it. Every day. Every week. Content. Outreach. Follow-up. Design. Emails. All of it.

And it's not just consistent activity. It's consistency of message. Consistency of brand. Consistency of voice, themes, language, positioning. The kind of consistency that builds trust over months, not just fills a content calendar.

That has always been 100% on the coach. You are the bottleneck. You are the marketing department, the copywriter, the strategist, and the designer. And when life gets busy or energy dips or a client crisis hits, the marketing stops. Because the marketing is you.

The best marketing strategy is…
having one!

I've been building something that addresses all three of these problems. Not with more courses. Not with more information. Something different. Something I've never seen anyone build for coaches before.

I'll show you the first piece this Friday. You'll be one of the first to see it.

If you want early access before I share it publicly, reply to this email with the word "early" and I'll make sure you're first in line.

More soon. I'm glad to be back.

I'll see you in the future.
