1. The Problem

The specific challenge your ideal client is facing right now.  This is ideally a “high stakes”, persistent problem or challenge, or obstacle that creates negative emotions for them that they need to solve.
Ex: “Every day you’re posting content but still not getting any clients.”

2. The Pain

The emotional, mental, or financial cost of that problem. This is WHY they need to solve this problem NOW. Notice this is a “need to solve” not just a “want to solve”. Also notice there is urgency.
Ex: “It’s exhausting and emotionally debilitating pouring your heart into content and conversations that go nowhere.”

3. The Desire

The outcome, transformation, or result they want. Again this should be a result they NEED to have not just a “nice to have”.

What’s been blocking them from getting that result? This is what makes the issue persistent, creates frustration and shows them the reasons nothing has worked before.

The false belief or misunderstanding that keeps them stuck. Shifting a misconception or a false belief is one of the most powerful ways to instantly build trust!
Ex: “You think you need a funnel or a website to get clients — you don’t.”

6. The Insight

A perspective shift that reframes the situation. This is the “AHA moment”; the epiphany. The light bulb goes off and their hope is renewed!
